Walking and Pronation

Overpronation or underpronation (also called supination) can increase your risk for injury when you walk or run. Some people are more likely to overpronate or underpronate, including people who have high arches, a tight Achilles tendon, or a foot/leg injury that alters their gait. This animation will help you recognize differences in pronation.
